MPR - May

Please submit any and all stories here (along with how Cecil caught wind of these stories). Also submit here any requests to appear on said show. Based on how many (if any!) requests are obtained, I will PM either with a 'yes please' and we'll get that worked in, or with a 'sooo how urgent is this' if the impossible happens and Cecil is threatened with being on-air for longer than OSHA would be happy with. First come, first served!
